Do I need any technical skills?

No. We set everything up. Changing your text or photos later is as easy as filling in a form on your phone.

Who owns my web address?

You do. If we register it for you, your business is listed as the owner, and if you ever leave we'll transfer it to you. If you already have one, it stays exactly where it is – we just point it at your new website.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel any time – see our terms.

Who will I pay?

Invoices and payments are handled by PayWillie (paywillie.co.uk), our billing partner. You'll get emails from @paywillie.co.uk about your invoices and your account.

No. You just pay the monthly (or yearly) price, which includes your web address, hosting and support.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes. We'll build your new site on a preview link first, then switch your web address over when you're happy.

What if my trade isn't listed?
